Legal Requirements

We expect all of our business partners to abide by all of the legal requirements of the local, state, or national government which they operate.

We will always seek to find partners who show that they respect the legal and moral rights of their employees and families.
Discrimination

Our partners must comply with the laws governing discrimination on the basis of race, color, age, nationality, gender, or religion.
Child Labor

The employees of all our partners must be over the minimum legal age requirement, or be at least 16 years of age whichever is greater.

Our partner must also abide by the local laws governing working conditions, wages, hours of work, and education for our authorized minors.

We will give additional support to those partners who create educational opportunities for their employees.
Forced Labor

Our partners will be committed to not use any form of forced labor, including prison labor.
